It's possible to pick up your order to avoid delivery costs!
Please be aware that this is only possible in the city center of Ghent.
The exact place and time of meeting will be discussed after your order is placed.

Shipping
All orders are sent from Belgium (PostNL) within 1 to 4 business days.
You will receive a track and trace number when your order is shipped.
The packages can only be sent to a home address and will almost always fit in your mailbox.
In the chart below you will find an overview of the shipping costs for your country. Is your destination not listed, but you wish to order jewellery from Studio Kamillo?

Please keep in mind that orders with a destination outside the EU may get extra fees and delays due to custom checks. Studio Kamillo is not responsible for additional charges and delays.
Returns
I do not accept returns at the moment. I only make exceptions for items that arrived faulty due to manufacturing faults and you notified us via email at the latest 7 days after receiving the package
